Scan Phase

In this phase, we will better understand the users' needs & challenges, and we will learn about their environment and the systems that affect them, allowing us to identify new gaps and opportunities, and reframe the design challenge.

Spark Phase

We will use the findings of the first phase to generate ideas and opportunities for the reframed design challenge. We will also have the ability to develop and plan long-term solutions by envisioning the future and planning for it.
Identifying opportunities and generating ideas for solutions.
Evaluating the ideas and selecting and framing the most viable idea.
Designing the solution vision.
Ensuring the solution sustainability.

Solve Phase

We will bring the solution to life by building a prototype, testing it with users, gathering feedback, and iterating the design to fulfill the users' needs. At the end of this phase, the solutions finalized and prepared to be launched.

Building the business case of the solution to be ready for launch.
